I am Angelo, I like food. I am a chef and a collector. So are U. I collect a lot of useful and useless things. Like broken plastic fragments and books. My Suegro Abo can make any dish out of nothing, and my mother has always made food from scratch. I try to combine these two, and make good food based on what I got available.
In this little book I’ve collected the recipes from some of the good people I know. I’ve invited myself home to them for dinner and learned many good things, like that a Micro-wave is actually a big lasergun and is not suited for cooking at all. That ingredients should be made in a pot with the same color as the ingredient itself. That food makes us happy, and gives us energy. That eating homemade food, together with people you like is really fun. You can also eat by yourself, with a good book or just watch out of the window.
This is a selection of dishes for everybody. This book do not try to cover the whole world of food, but is more like fragments from the universes, collections and minds. From good simple Soup to Fantastic Lemon Curd Pie.
So dig it – eat it and enjoy it!
